INTERIOR DESIGN

Whether it’s a new coat of paint, the entire interior layout, or finishing touches, our team is ready to help. Rod, our Architect and Jacob, our Intern Architect will layout the interior walls, determining what rooms will go based on your needs for the space. Our interior design associate, Morgan, will listen to your ideas and desires for the space and begin to conceptualize what it will look like through mood boards and 3D renderings. This will allow you to see what the space will look like prior to execution so we can make any changes with the click of a mouse. Morgan will be available throughout the entire design-bid-build process to ensure that your vision is executed correctly.

Our interior design associate, Amanda, will listen to your ideas and desires for the space and begin to conceptualize what it will look like through mood boards and 3D renderings. This will allow you to see what the space will look like prior to execution so we can make any changes with the click of a mouse. Amanda will be available throughout the entire design-bid-build process to ensure that you vision is executed correctly.

The Interior Design Process

Planning

Every project starts with planning. We need to know what you are looking for, your style, the purpose of your space, and design likes and dislikes. This information will be gathered through meetings and design questionnaires that you will complete.

Sketching

We will draw up the structure of what we have discussed in our planning meetings and present that to you. At this stage the designs will be flat floor plans unless those already exist. If we already have our hands on the floor plans for your space you will move onto the next step.

Idea Board

We will create an idea board that represents the aesthetic that you are after through photos of furnishings, fixtures, fabric swatches, and paint swatches. This will help to inform the 3D renderings that we do of your space.

3D Renderings

3D renderings give you an idea of what the space will look like when it is completed. We offer 3D renderings because they help you visualize your finished room(s) unlike being told what the space will look like while staring at empty drywall and concrete floors.
